How to run a collab campaign?
Stuck at 100th in creator search?
$300/month for a platform/tool?
10% replies from 1000 invites?
$80 product sent, then 5 unit sold?
Worse, ghosted?
Late deliverables after 10 follow-ups?
3% ER profile but have 400 views?
Rated 2-star + Reddit bad reviews?
Influencer campaigns have evolved on different structure to appeal on audience, algorithm, and niche dynamics.
Some focused on creator search: “Who only have this 2% engagement rate?”
but missed on what message should they deliver.
Some strategized on terms and conditions: “10% commission for a package + content rights for our ads”
but missed on community and trust building. Now, you have long-tail keyword on Reddit and praises on your competitor without payment.
Some prioritized their community and trust building: “We sent out 50 products per month but got sold out once only.”
Its the finding the perfect fit creator problem.
The flow before is linear: Contact → Pay → Post content
Meanwhile, brands who are winning have won in different angle and execution.

I’m a 5ft. Filipina who started working as social media manager
in real estate, ecommerce and coaches last 2020. I was doing everything from copywriting, short-form video editing, content plan and engagements.
Last 2022, Javy Coffee hired me as part of their team to outsource
and negotiate with creators to be their affiliate. I didn’t shift full-time yet but I saw the potential and opportunities in each talent and product.
Why invite creator A than creator B?
How will they say “Yes, I’m in!”
Where to post? In our profile or in their account?
When to post? Within 10 days after delivery or with other creators?
It was a transition from self-organic content into extending one’s identity.
I’ve been part of marketing agencies where I built their scalable and sustainable database and SOPs, tech startup houses we have millions of views, direct ecommerce brands where we sold $200/item, and 20k views for an xdeal.
Its a thrilling role since people are uncontrollable but from numbers I can set an expectation.
